StemRelease™ is a gentle, enzyme-free cell dissociation reagent designed for the selective detachment and routine passaging of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), including human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and embryonic stem cells (ESCs). This ready-to-use reagent enables rapid colony release while preserving multicellular aggregate integrity, cell viability, and pluripotency. StemRelease™ supports reproducible feeder-free stem cell culture workflows and is optimized for routine maintenance, colony selection, cryopreservation preparation, and downstream differentiation applications. StemRelease™ is designed to minimize cellular stress associated with enzymatic dissociation and supports stable long-term expansion of undifferentiated hPSC cultures.
