Human Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Medium Kit

| Name | Human Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Medium Kit | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Description |
The Human Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Medium Kit is a ready-to-use, defined, serum-free medium system designed to efficiently differentiate human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) into cardiomyocyte-like cells in a monolayer culture format. The kit includes stage-specific media that support cardiac lineage induction and specification, promoting robust and reproducible differentiation. Under recommended culture conditions, spontaneously beating cardiomyocyte networks are typically observed approximately 9 days after differentiation is initiated (Day 0), following the pre-differentiation cell expansion and preparation phase. The formulation minimizes batch-to-batch variability and supports scalable, consistent differentiation workflows. Explore the performance data and validation images here.
This kit is supplied as a basal medium and stage-specific supplement components to be combined to prepare media for stepwise differentiation:
