Description

abm’s PriGrow Media Series for mammalian cell culture is composed of high-quality, specific formulations for optimal cell growth.

PriGrow media is offered as a serum and antibiotic-free basal formulation to give end-users the flexibility of further supplementation, as required. Each lot has been fully tested and optimized to support the growth of the intended cells and has undergone quality control measures to test sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels.

Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology, and metabolism of the tested cells.
