The Human Cardiomyocyte Maintenance Medium Kit is a serum-free, chemically defined medium system optimized to support human embryonic stem cells (hESCs)-derived cardiomyocytes. The formulation supports maintenance of cardiac phenotype and function, enabling hESC-derived cardiomyocytes to exhibit robust spontaneous and synchronous beating, and preserved sarcomeric structure.
