| Description |
The Anti-SV40T Antibody is a high-affinity mouse monoclonal antibody for the specific detection of SV40 large T antigen (SV40T) in mammalian cells. Recognizing both native and denatured SV40T protein, this antibody is ideal for confirming transgene expression following SV40-mediated cell immortalization and for characterizing established SV40T-expressing cell lines. The antibody specifically recognizes SV40 large T antigen without cross-reacting with SV40 small t antigen or related polyomavirus large T antigens, ensuring confident detection of SV40T-expressing cells.
