Description |
The Lenti-GFP coexpression vector provides an easy way to track cells actively expressing your gene of interest. The vector will co-express both reporter gene and the target cDNAs. The reporter expression is mediated by either "self-cleaving" T2A peptide derived from the insect virus Thosea asigna or a separate promoter. |
