| Description |
High Titer (109 IU/ml) Recombinant Lentivirus expressing the R24C mutant of CDK4 from the CMV promoter.
Mechanism: One of the main barriers to immortalization (in addition to telomere length) is the p16^INK4a/Rb senescence pathway. This virus bypasses this pathway directly with CDK4(R24C) to keep Rb inactivated. It is recommended to pair this virus (Cat. No. LV682) with our Lenti-EF1a-hTERT virus (Cat. No. LV616) for maximum immortalization efficiency. |
